In April 2020 an agreement for the divestment of Trelleborg´s Swedish and Estonian operations that manufacture molded components was finalized. The operations were acquired by the management respective companies.
Partners Marit Savi and Tanel Küün from TARK advised the divested Estonian operations under the new business name Sigma Polymer Group OÜ on corporate and financial aspects of the separation.
