Enlabs AB, which operates under the trademark Optibet in Estonia, has made a public offer to acquire all the shares of Global Gaming 555 AB, which is listed on the Nasdaq First North Stock Exchange in Stockholm and operates in Estonia under the trademark NinjaCasino.
Enlabs AB (https://enlabs.com/en/) is registered in Sweden. Its shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Stock Exchange in Stockholm. The companies belonging to Enlabs group hold licenses for the organization of gambling in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, and Malta. The group’s main trademark is Optibet but they also operate under trademarks Laimz, Bestpoker, and Bestbingo. In Estonia, Enlabs operates through Optiwin OÜ under the trademark Optibet.
In 2016, Global Gaming (https://globalgaming.com/) was the first in the world to offer online gambling based on Pay´n´Play concept, which does not require registration of a gambling account. The companies belonging to the group hold gambling licenses in Curacao, Malta, and Estonia. The group’s main trademark is NinjaCasino, but online gambling is also provided under trademarks Kotikasino, Nettikasino, VikingSlots, NettiArpa, Kultakaivos, Spellandet, and MrSpil.
As a result of the deal, Enlabs will acquire a leading position in online gambling in the region. The only regulative precondition for the deal was receiving the approval of the Estonian Competition Authority.
