Law Firm TARK was established in 1991 and is one of the law firms with the longest experience in Estonia. The firm provides legal assistance to both Estonian and foreign private and public law entities as well as individuals.

We advise clients in all major areas of law, focusing primarily on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, banking and finance law, energy and infrastructure projects, as well as litigation in both civil cases and economic criminal cases.

We provide cross-Baltic legal services in cooperation with partner law firms — the Latvian law firm Skrastiņš & Dzenis and the Lithuanian law firm Motieka.
