Advised:

• JT IoT, the Jersey based global IoT connectivity player backed by Perwyn, in acquisition of Top Connect, an international MVNO and global roaming provider.
• AS Barrus, Estonian largest manufacturer of laminated wood components, on the acquisition of Baltiklaas (the largest manufacturer of glass packages, laminated glass and tempered glass in Estonia) from Saint-Gobain group and the further merger of the acquired business with AS Klaasimeister owned by Livonia Partners.
• Ühinenud Farmid, Varstu Piimaühistu and Luiste Mõis, all owned by Austrian investors, on the sale of ca1000 hectares of agricultural land to Rüütli Property – an Estonian-owned company active in agricultural and forestry sector.
• Prima Networks Limited on the acquisition of Derivco Estonia (a provider online gaming and gambling (poker, casino, bingo, board games, etc) solutions including development, testing, control, security and maintenance etc) from Uniondale Limited.
• Represented successfully the client, Estonian Railways Ltd, against a former owner of railway sleepers and other bulk, on to which Estonian Railways has, upon the Estonian state’s request, built a new railway. The opposing party claimed damages for alleged loss of ownership.
