TARK advised Print Best OÜ on its acquisition of Tallinna Raamatutrükikoja OÜ from AS Infortar

The transaction includes the acquisition of Tallinna Raamatutrükikoja OÜ and its subsidiary, AS Vaba Maa, in full, as well as a 60% stake in CardPlus VM OÜ. Tallinna Raamatutrükikoja OÜ is an Estonian printing group that produces hardcover and paperback books, brochures, certified security print products, and personalised plastic and cardboard cards for customers in Estonia and the Nordic countries.

The acquisition supports Print Best’s  long-term strategy to expand its product range, make production more flexible and strengthen its presence in international markets.
